Future Leaders Programme

Developing leadership skills in our children is an important part of our school ethos. Through this, our children learn to live out our school values through real life opportunities. 

Leadership roles are advertised with a clear job description, and children can apply, be shortlisted, and take part in an interview process. Successful candidates receive training to help them carry out their role effectively. These positions play a key part in our day to day school life, giving children a voice and a chance to make a difference.
