Kestrels Dip tasting and making!

This half term in our Design and Technology lessons we have been exploring dips. We began by tasting a variety of existing dips including thousand island, guacamole. salsa, humus and raita.


We then used this tasting session to help design and make our own dips. We had lots of fun chopping, grating, mixing and stirring the ingredients. At the end of the lesson we tasted our dips and evaluated them.
